Shaker Cabinet Door. (unfinished, paintable)

Classic Shaker 5-part door with an interior 22.5 degree beveled edge profile, front facing only. Base model is built using 2-1/2” wide Poplar frames and a 1/4” MDF panel. The door frame widths can be modified to suit, 1-3/4” minimum using cup hinges to 3-1/2” max. Either of these materials can be upgrade, for example, Maple frames or Plywood panels. Please inquire for availability.

These are unfinished doors, custom built to your specification, any size. If needed I offer a design service to resize your doors to better fit your space. I would be happy to discuss this option with you.

1. Email me your Zip Code and Door Sizes, "Width x Length" 
2. I will send you a price with a detailed drawing of your sizes for you to double check
3. Check over the drawing, email me back telling everything looks correct or make changes
4. I set up an invoice for you to purchase
5. You purchase; I go to work

Pricing:
Base charge - $9.99 per sq ft.
Design / Mortising Fee, if needed - $5.00 per door, waived for drawer fronts, $50.00 max charge per order.

Credit Card and Fees are added to the final cost.
Shipping, if needed, is determined by using your zip code, size and weight of your order through UPS. Shipping will be included in your quote. I will not know how much shipping will cost until I know what we are building and where I will ship to.

Minimum charge per door is $22.50 each.
Minimum Order charge $45.00.
+/- 1/16" tolerance on actual sizes.
No Warranty on doors over 60" tall or 22" wide due to possible warping and twisting over time, but I can build them.

If I build anything incorrectly, from the drawing you approve, I replace it, shipping included.
